VRC Formula Lithium 2019 CapyCup Spec
After the Spark SRT05e Generation 2 Formula E car was replaced for the newer Gen 3 car in the 2023 Formula E season, most cars were left collecting dust in the garages of Formula E teams. The Capybara Racing Society began to purchase the cars for cheap prices, hoping to run an economical electric racing series as a feeder to the top level of the CapyCup chain: TurboMiniCup. However, as the formula E batteries were reveled to be proprietary technology, the CapyCup organisers sought a different method of powering the beasts.
One night on april, a drunk CapyCup organiser brought into the factory. WITH HIS BARE HANDS. a modified BMW M57D30TÜ2 diesel engine attached to a Volkswagen DQ500 gearbox (???). The drunk workers immedietly put the beast into the Formula E car and by next morning, all 25 cars had been converted to diesel and was fitted with an ebay supercharger, delivering .2BAR of boost on demand.
